Just pop us an email stating you would like to exchange or return your item or items and we will make further necessary arrangements.

If you exchange you will have to pay for delivery of item to us via PUDO locker to locker and we will pay for new item to be shipped.

If you return and request a refund you will have to pay for the delivery of item to us via PUDO locker to locker.

Once we inspect your item and validate your return, we will refund your account within 24hours.
