A bit about me
In 2011 was looking for a trainer when I found my future husband, Marius, who was based in Durban. Being based in Joburg, however, it was impossible to meet up for training so he started helping me through emails with the help of pictures to prepare for a fitness program. It ended up being a hit and I became the first of many who were helped successfully online. We married in 2013, where shortly after I took over training the ladies and we’ve grown ever since!
I started my fitness journey at a very young age, as I grew up with fitness and bodybuilding parents. Because of my upbringing, I have always found it important to look after my health and body.
I am passionate about self-improvement, but I am also driven to help women achieve their goals the smart way, not at the expense of their health and happiness
I’ve been a competitive athlete now for 10 years and along the way experimenting with different plans, techniques and approaches. I won my WBFF pro card in 2016, which has helped me gain success in the fitness industry.
I am a personal trainer, Pilates instructor and have a degree in food science and nutrition. Over the past 8 years, I have helped empower hundreds of women around the world to become the best version of themselves and transform their lives. As a coach, I’ve learnt everybody is different but the basic principles apply to everyone.

Challenging but fun exercise
Your workout plans are designed to make exercise more enjoyable, interesting and ultimately more fun than you have experienced before. The exercises will become more challenging as you progress but so will your strength, fitness level and love for working out!
