Not location dependent
My online coaching doesn’t require scheduling appointments or location proximity. You are able to train any time wherever you are based.
Access Your Specifically Designed Program
From your smartphone, access is always available. By merely opening our WhatsApp feed you can easily access programs.
Availability
You can message me anytime and I will answer you within the day during business hours.
Lower price
My online coaching comes at a much lower rate than a personal trainer and with better and faster results. This is because I not only provide you with trialed and tested training plans but nutrition and knowledge as well.
No gym membership required
Although I prefer my clients to have access to gym facilities, having a gym membership is not required. You can have just as great results training from home by merely acquiring a few basic gym items that will be given on enquiry.
How does it work?
- 1. Start by filling in my Sign-Up form that gives me a little information about you and what package you are interested in.
- 2. I will send you the necessary documents along with a list of important questions to ensure I design your plan to fit your needs, goals and lifestyle.
- 3. You will also receive my Whatsapp number and banking details.
- 4. Once you have made payment, please add me on Whatsapp.
- 5. You can then send me your proof of payment, answers to the questions and front and back bikini photos (this will not be shared with anyone without your consent and will be used to see your progression at a later stage).
- 6. All of this will take place over Whatsapp.
- 7. From this point forward you will check in with me every Monday morning with your weigh in (weight needs to be taken before training or breakfast).
- 8. Thereafter, you will send me update photos every 4 weeks which I will remind you of.
- 9. This means no more guesswork about which exercises to do or what kind of diet you should follow. Just stick to your plan and you will get results.
- 10. Don’t hesitate to ask questions along the way, I love to be a part of your fitness journey. I am here for motivation, assistance, problem solving and my overall goal is for you to reach your goals.
