1 Fillet white fish or salmon
1 Leek finely chopped
Thumb size ginger grated
Fresh coriander chopped
Salt & pepper

Chop half of the fish finely (paste like) and the other half into chunks.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Form the fishcakes.

Baked them at 180 for 15min, if they are small (we make ours in the air fryer).

Eat them in lettuce leaves like Romaine lettuce.
