350 g 4 Bananas, mash 350g and save leftover banana to decorate the top of the loaf
60 g Coconut Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch Salt
4 Eggs
1 tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.50 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
⅕ tbsp Honey or Sweetener of Choice

Preheat oven to 180ºC and line a loaf tin with baking parchment and pour the mixture in.

Whisk dry ingredients, then stir in all the wet ingredients.

Decorate the top with banana.

Bake at 180ºC for 50 min.
